As told by Toshé: The first time I witnessed Dru inspired by a model was from a fashion shoot. When we were both students at SCAD, I used to find reasons to have to do my work at SCAD just because I wanted a reason to run into him (lol). This particular night I did and he had finished a shoot with this model that just gave him life! I remember him telling me he hadn't been inspired to shoot fashion like that in a while...which was crazy to me because when I looked at his work, I thought he was SUCH a talented fashion photographer. But that was the day I truly understood the standards that Dru set for himself were high and I admired it.
